Lightweight Strength
Hyper PA612-CF combines a tough PA612 base with chopped carbon fiber to deliver high specific strength and stiffness without excess weight—perfect for jigs, fixtures, drone components, and automotive brackets.
Superior Toughness
The nylon matrix offers outstanding impact resistance and fatigue performance, maintaining integrity under repeated loads and harsh conditions.
Low Moisture Absorption
Compared with conventional nylons, PA612 absorbs less moisture, helping prints stay dimensionally stable in humid environments and preserving surface quality over time.
Easy to Process
Formulated for smooth flow and clean outlines, the filament supports efficient printing of complex geometries. Parts are easy to drill, tap, and machine after printing for a professional finish.
Recommended Settings
For best results, print Creality Hyper PA612-CF with a nozzle temperature in the range of 260–300 °C and a heated bed around 60 °C. An actively heated build environment or enclosure (about 60–90 °C) improves layer bonding and reduces warping. Typical speeds are 30–80 mm/s. Keep the filament dry; if needed, dry at about 80 °C for 6–12 hours before printing. Because carbon fiber is abrasive, use a hardened steel or ruby nozzle.
Compatibility
Works with most FDM/FFF printers capable of engineering-grade materials. Use PEI or textured engineering build surfaces for reliable adhesion, and enable modest retraction tuned to your extruder to minimize stringing while preserving layer bonding.
