Tunable Flexibility and Weight

By adjusting the print temperature, users can fine-tune the Shore hardness of the printed parts between approximately 65A and 85A. Higher temperatures result in softer, lighter parts due to increased foaming, while lower temperatures produce denser, firmer prints. This tunability allows for customized flexibility and weight to suit specific application needs.

Active Foaming Technology

Unlike traditional TPU filaments, Flex TPU Air utilizes active foaming during the printing process, leading to significant weight reduction without compromising elasticity and durability. This makes it particularly suitable for applications where lightweight and cushioning are essential.

Smooth Printing Experience

Engineered for better pre-print stiffness, Flex TPU Air is compatible with a wide range of FDM/FFF 3D printers, including many Bowden setups. Its optimized flow properties support high-speed printing, making it easier to achieve consistent results even with complex geometries.
