The Pro HF formulation is engineered to support higher extrusion rates, allowing faster print speeds without compromising surface quality or layer bonding. This makes it especially useful for larger prints or production-oriented workflows where reducing print time is critical.

Consistent Results and Print Reliability

Despite its advanced material properties, PETG-CF Pro HF remains easy to work with. It offers excellent layer adhesion and minimal warping, even on more complex geometries. Its resistance to moisture, UV light and many chemicals ensures long-lasting performance in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Printing Recommendations

Due to the abrasive nature of carbon fibre, a hardened steel or wear-resistant nozzle is recommended. A nozzle size of 0.4 mm or larger delivers the best balance between detail and flow. While an enclosed printer is not strictly required, it can help maintain consistent temperatures and improve results on larger parts.
