High Heat ABS for Demanding Environments
ABS HT HF is engineered for parts that must keep their shape under heat. With an HDT around 101°C, it’s suited for applications like automotive components, electronics housings, jigs, fixtures, and other functional parts exposed to elevated temperatures.
High-Flow Formulation for Faster Printing
The high-flow blend is designed to stay smooth and consistent at higher print speeds, supporting reliable extrusion around 200 mm/s. This helps reduce print time while still maintaining strong mechanical properties.
Strong, Stable, and Reliable Parts
Fibreheart ABS HT HF provides the toughness ABS is known for, along with good layer bonding and dimensional accuracy. That combination makes it useful for prototyping as well as repeatable production prints.
Lower Odor ABS Printing
Siraya Tech’s refined ABS formulation reduces unpleasant fumes compared to conventional ABS. Even so, printing in a ventilated space is still recommended, especially for long prints.
Post-Processing Options
The material responds well to standard ABS finishing methods. You can sand and paint prints, or use acetone vapor smoothing for a more uniform, injection-mold-like surface. Work carefully with proper safety measures when using acetone.
Printing Tips
For best results, use an enclosed printer to keep temperatures stable and reduce warping. Keep filament dry, and dry it at 70–80°C if moisture affects surface quality. Start with typical ABS settings and adjust based on your printer’s airflow and chamber temperature.
