High-Temperature Performance
Polymaker™ HT-PLA resists deformation up to 130°C when annealed, making it suitable for heat-exposed environments such as under-the-hood components or electronic housings. It retains the printability and eco-friendliness of traditional PLA with a major boost in thermal stability.
Mechanical Strength and Stability
With a Young’s modulus of up to 3267 MPa and tensile strength of 42.8 MPa, HT-PLA delivers the performance needed for mechanical applications. It also features good resistance to weak acids and oils, with minimal shrinkage in all directions (X-Y: 0.88%, Z: 0.13%).
Effortless Printing
HT-PLA prints easily on most open-frame 3D printers. Use standard PLA settings with nozzle temperatures of 210–230°Cand a bed temperature of 25–60°C. For maximum thermal performance, annealing at 80–90°C for 30 minutes is recommended.
