The Engineering Plate is built to be your reliable printing surface no matter the filament, whether you are using PLA, PETG, TPU or demanding engineering materials like ABS, ASA, PC or nylon-based blends. With just a thin layer of glue applied before printing, the plate becomes compatible with the full filament range. This makes it ideal for makers who frequently switch materials or want a dependable, universal build surface.

Durable and heat-tolerant surface

Thanks to its reinforced polyester coated steel construction, this plate resists heat up to 120 °C, corrosion and scratches even during prolonged high-temperature prints or hundreds of cleaning and removal cycles. The coating helps ensure that adhesion remains stable over time and that the surface stays smooth and intact.

Clean and smooth bottoms on your prints

The smooth and uniform coating helps ensure that the underside of your printed parts comes out flat and even. This is especially useful when aesthetic quality or precise fit is important, since the bottom surface will blend naturally with the rest of the model.

Practical usage notes

• Always apply a thin layer of glue, either stick or liquid, before printing to ensure proper adhesion.
• Allow the plate and the print to cool before removing the model. This improves release and helps avoid warping.
• Clean the plate regularly with warm water and mild soap. Avoid acetone or unapproved solvents that may damage the coating.
