Design & Compatibility

The plate uses a stainless steel substrate with enhanced magnetic adhesion to maintain strong hold during printing while remaining easy to remove and flexible. Its dual-sided textured PEI coating ensures that either side gives a textured finish, providing flexibility in the surface appearance of your prints.

First-Layer Adhesion & Release

Thanks to the textured surface, filament grips the plate more reliably during the first layer. Once the build plate cools to around 35 °C or below, prints typically release automatically. If needed, a gentle flex of the plate frees the model without tools.

Material Support & Temperature Handling

This PEI plate supports a wide variety of materials, from common options like PLA, PETG, and TPU to more advanced materials such as ABS, Nylon, and PC. Its thermal stability prevents warping and ensures consistent adhesion across many print cycles.

Durability & Maintenance

The textured PEI coating is designed for long-term use but may gradually wear over time. Regular maintenance, such as cleaning with water and mild detergent, helps maintain adhesion. Avoid acetone and use fine sandpaper occasionally to refresh the surface if needed.

Installation & Use on P2S

The plate is precisely designed for the P2S build platform and integrates seamlessly with its magnetic mounting system. Installation and removal are simple, and once in place, it provides stable performance through continuous printing operations.
