Engineered for Extreme Performance

CarbonX HTN+CF combines high temperature PPA nylon with high modulus carbon fiber reinforcement. Delivering a tensile strength of 87 MPa and a heat deflection temperature of 240 °C, this filament maintains mechanical integrity in demanding thermal and mechanical environments.

Durability in Harsh Conditions

Excellent resistance to moisture and aggressive chemicals including oils, fuels, acids, and salts makes CarbonX HTN+CF suited for automotive, aerospace, oil & gas, and industrial applications.

Reliable Printability

Recommended settings: extrusion 285–315 °C, bed 110–130 °C, hardened steel nozzle (≥ 0.4 mm). CarbonX HTN+CF prints with outstanding dimensional stability and surface finish. A heated chamber and proper drying (90–120 °C for 4 hours) further improve results.
