The S1’s 40 W diode laser delivers impressive cutting performance, allowing you to work with materials like wood, MDF, leather, felt, cardboard and opaque acrylic. Its concentrated laser spot makes it capable of deep single-pass cuts and clean edges, while still providing excellent engraving detail. This combination makes the S1 a strong all-round machine for both crafting and small-scale production.

Precision and ease of use

With built-in auto-focus and a dual-point positioning system, the S1 makes setup straightforward. The machine automatically determines the correct focus distance, helping ensure consistent results. The positioning system also simplifies material alignment, even when you are working with curved or uneven surfaces. Speeds of up to 600 mm/s give the S1 a good balance between efficiency and accuracy, whether you are engraving fine details or cutting larger parts.

Safety and build quality

The fully enclosed Class 1 housing provides a safe working environment without the need for protective goggles during normal operation. Safety sensors, including flame detection and a lid-open cut-off, add an extra level of protection. The machine is built with a stable, durable frame designed to maintain precision during long-term use, while still fitting comfortably on a standard workbench.
