What it does
Conveyor Rail is an add-on support piece for the xTool P3’s Intelligent Conveyor Feeder. Each section measures 69 cm and can be added in series to back up long materials as the feeder advances them through the machine. This turns the P3 into a practical tool for extra-long signage, furniture panels, and high-volume runs where stability over distance is key.
Stability you can see
The rail uses full-length rollers so stock glides forward without chatter. That continuous contact reduces the chance of skew and slip, helping the camera-guided alignment and automated feeding do their best work over long passes.
Scale up, without a massive table
Out of the box, the P3’s suspended rail design lets you process materials up to about 1,500 mm without building a separate support table. When your job runs longer than that, adding Conveyor Rails lets you extend support “as long as you like” by chaining rails together.
Setup tips
For flat, consistent feeding, avoid large overhangs: if the unsupported portions on both sides of your workpiece exceed roughly 300 mm, add rails. Set the spacing between the left and right rails to match the material width so pressure is even and deformation is minimized.
Where it fits in
Conveyor Rail is purpose-built for the xTool P3 Intelligent Conveyor Feeder. It doesn’t change the machine’s cutting specs; it simply gives your long or heavy stock the backup it needs so the feeder can move it cleanly over distance. For oversized jobs, add more rails to maintain support from start to finish.
