At the core of the xTool Flexible Fixture is a 12 mm thick aluminum panel, precision-machined to maintain flatness and ensure maximum stability during laser operations. The robust base plate resists warping, allowing for consistent results across large-format projects or repetitive tasks.

Flexible Pin Fixtures

The fixture includes multiple sets of pins – round, right-angle, and long strip – designed to adapt to various material shapes and sizes. Whether you’re clamping square coasters, round wooden slices, or irregular acrylic sheets, the pin configuration can be adjusted freely to fit your needs. This enables you to process multiple items simultaneously with secure positioning.

Efficient Batch Processing

Time is critical in production. The fixture allows you to pre-align and fix materials outside of your laser machine, and then quickly load them in. Combined with xTools Positioning Ruler and axis markings, it supports high-speed, high-precision batch work – up to five times faster compared to manual setups.

Setting up the fixture requires no additional tools. Its intuitive grid layout and alignment guides simplify the process, even for new users. The panel features clearly marked coordinate axes and alignment holes, helping you replicate positioning with minimal effort.
