The xTool OS1 Shaker Oven automates the critical steps of DTF printing—powder application, shaking, and thermal curing (baking)—while integrating film cutting and alignment into a single workflow. It’s engineered to trigger once a print job completes, guiding the film automatically into the baking chamber and producing ready-to-press output with minimal user intervention.

Space-Efficient Design

Despite its powerful automation, the OS1 requires only approximately 0.38 m² of bench space—roughly one-third the footprint of competing shaker ovens. Its caster-equipped, movable form factor makes it ideal for tight workspaces in studios, craft shops, and pop‑up environments.

Safe & Clean Operation

The fully enclosed design contains powder in a sealed circuit, limiting operator exposure and minimizing contamination risks. The system handles up to 2 kg of powder for batch processing, and is designed to work best alongside the xTool SafetyPro™ AP2 air purifier or other ventilation systems (no built-in filter included).

Smart Controls & Easy Monitoring

Control is intuitive via the xTool Apparel Printer interface or the oven’s on-unit touch controls. Temperature is easily adjustable (recommended bake setting: 130 °C / 266 °F, with preheat to stable temperature before operation). The oven features a removable observation window and output tray for film collection and inspection.

Operational Guidelines

• Preheating: Allow approximately 5 minutes for the oven to reach 130 °C; ensure temperature stabilizes (± 2 °C) before processing.
• Calibration: Perform initial alignment calibration between the xTool Apparel Printer and OS1 to ensure precise film handling.
• Environment: Operate in ambient conditions of 20–30 °C and relative humidity of 45–60 % RH. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent sensor errors.
• Maintenance: Regular cleaning of the powder bin, trays, and interior is required. Never open the maintenance door while the oven is hot or operating.
