Unlike standard welding helmets, this helmet is specifically optimized for fiber laser wavelengths (1060–1090 nm), offering OD 8+ protection. It significantly reduces the risk of eye strain and laser damage, especially during long welding sessions. The protective lens ensures compliance with industrial-grade laser safety standards.

Smart Auto-Darkening System

Equipped with two high-speed sensors, the helmet automatically adjusts the lens tint in real time based on the light conditions of the laser welding process. The automatic filter is fine-tuned for laser brightness levels and includes a GRIND adjustment range (5–9) to ensure clear vision without over-darkening—especially important since laser welding produces less visible light than arc welding.

Ergonomic and Adjustable Design

Weighing only 560 grams, the helmet is lightweight enough for extended use without causing fatigue. It features three adjustment knobs to tailor the fit to your head size and a flip-up visor that rotates 180°—ideal for switching between welding and inspection without removing the helmet. Soft sponge pads along the forehead and ears add to comfort, absorb sweat, and prevent slippage.

Wide Viewing Area with True-Color Optics

With a large 8 × 10 cm viewing window and 1/1/1/1 optical clarity, the helmet provides excellent visibility and accurate color representation. Whether you’re aligning a weld seam or checking material surfaces, the true-color view helps ensure precision and reduces eye fatigue.

The auto-darkening feature operates on replaceable 3V button cell lithium batteries (not included). Low power consumption ensures long life, while the helmet’s power system is easy to access and maintain.
