With a fan capable of reaching 38,500 rpm, the TwoTrees 500W Air Cooling Kit maintains optimal spindle temperatures during intensive engraving and milling. The control knob allows you to balance maximum airflow or quiet operation depending on your needs.

Universal Compatibility & Easy Installation

Designed to fit spindle diameters from 27 mm to 76 mm, it works seamlessly with most common CNC routers—including TTC6050, TTC-H40, 500W spindles, and Makita/Milwaukee trim routers. For TTC-H40 and TTC6050, installation is fully plug-and-play. Other machines can be mounted using conventional clamps.

Dual Functionality

The detachable design allows the unit to be used as a handheld air blower, ideal for removing chips and dust from your workspace. This added functionality keeps your environment clean and supports higher machining quality.

Clearance Considerations

When installed, the kit may slightly reduce the available working area of your CNC router. For TTC6050 and TTC-H40, expect an X-axis reduction of about 90 mm. Plan projects accordingly.
