This oil features a synthetic base blended with PTFE (Syncolon®) particles that adhere to moving parts to form a durable lubricating film. That film helps lower friction and wear and prevents surface damage from corrosion or rust, making the lubricant highly effective for items that undergo repeated movement or load.

Wide Temperature & Surface Compatibility

With a usable temperature span from roughly ­43 °C to +232 °C, this oil is suited to applications in both extreme cold and elevated heat environments. Additionally, it’s safe for use on a broad range of materials — including metal, painted surfaces, wood, leather, plastic and most rubbers — expanding its versatility for varied maintenance tasks.

Food-Grade, Clean & Safe for Sensitive Equipment

The product holds NSF H1 certification for incidental food contact, making it appropriate for use near food-processing or food-handling machinery. Being dielectric (non-conductive) and free of silicone, it’s also suitable for use in electrical, precision mechanical and delicate assemblies where cleanliness and safety are key.

Versatile Use in Maintenance & Precision Applications

Whether you’re lubricating plain, anti-friction, ball or roller bearings, linear guides, threaded rods, valves, or hinges, this lubricant handles the job. In 3D-printer setups for example, it’s especially beneficial for smoothing movement of guide rods or lead screws, helping maintain consistent performance and longevity of the moving parts.

Usage & Storage Guidelines

Before applying, clean the surface thoroughly and ensure it’s dry so the lubricant can bond properly. Apply only a thin film — excess oil will not improve performance and may accumulate dust or debris. After opening, store the container sealed in a cool, dry place. When unopened and stored under normal conditions, the product has a recommended shelf life of up to five years.
