The FilaDryer E2s high-temperature drying capability ensures that even the most moisture-sensitive filaments, such as PA and PC, are thoroughly dried. Its annealing function allows for the thermal treatment of printed parts, reducing residual stresses and enhancing strength and stability. This dual functionality streamlines the post-processing workflow for engineering-grade materials.

Design and Compatibility

Designed with a spacious chamber, the FilaDryer E2 can hold up to two 1 kg spools or a single 3 kg spool, accommodating various filament sizes. Its compatibility with both 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm filament diameters makes it versatile for different printing setups. The airtight, insulated design maintains consistent internal temperatures and prevents moisture ingress, ensuring filaments remain in optimal condition.

User Interface and Safety Features

Equipped with a user-friendly touchscreen interface, the FilaDryer E2 offers preset modes for common filaments, simplifying operation. Safety features include dual temperature protection switches and an intelligent protection system that automatically shuts off heating if temperatures exceed safe limits. The devices exterior remains below 60 degrees Celsius even during high-temperature operations, ensuring user safety.
