Essential Control for Toolhead Functions
The Toolhead PCB acts as the central communication interface inside the Snapmaker U1 toolhead. It transfers signals from the printer’s main control board and manages important components such as the temperature sensor and cooling fan. By coordinating these functions, the PCB ensures the toolhead operates correctly and maintains stable printing conditions.
Built for Frequent Toolhead Swaps
The board integrates pogo pin connectors that provide consistent electrical contact during toolhead connections. Each set of pogo pins is rated for up to 250,000 swap cycles, offering long service life even in printers that frequently change toolheads or operate in demanding printing environments.
Easy Replacement for Maintenance
If the pogo pins or control board become worn over time, replacing the Toolhead PCB restores reliable connectivity and proper toolhead functionality. Replacing the board also renews the pogo pins, making maintenance straightforward and helping extend the lifespan of the Snapmaker U1 toolhead system.
