The GammaMaster Nozzle is developed to meet the challenges of modern composite materials. It delivers reliable, consistent extrusion when working with carbon fiber-, glass fiber-, metal-filled, or glow-in-the-dark filaments – all of which typically cause rapid wear in standard brass nozzles.

Built from Hardened High-Speed Steel

This nozzle is manufactured using hardened HRC64-rated high-speed steel and further enhanced with a corrosion-resistant protective coating. The result is an extremely durable tool that resists mechanical abrasion and oxidation, making it perfect for high-duty cycles and industrial environments.

High-Temperature Ready

Rated for printing up to 450 degrees Celsius, the GammaMaster nozzle is compatible with a broad range of engineering-grade thermoplastics. This includes high-temperature materials like PC, PA-CF, PEI, and more – without compromising on stability or safety.

Universal Compatibility

The nozzle fits all hotends that accept M6 threads and 1.75 mm filament, including Bondtech CHT-compatible systems. Installation is simple, and the performance benefits are immediate, especially in demanding print environments.
