Flex TPU 95A offers exceptional mechanical properties that make it ideal for functional parts. It has a tensile strength of 32 MPa and elongation at break up to 500%, giving it the ability to stretch and recover without deformation. With a Shore A hardness of 95A, it provides a rubber-like feel while maintaining dimensional stability, making it suitable for both industrial and consumer applications.
Fast and Reliable Printing
Unlike many flexible filaments, this TPU is engineered for speed. Its high-flow formulation allows for print speeds up to 120 mm/s while maintaining excellent layer adhesion and print quality. It performs best with a 0.4 mm nozzle or larger, and benefits from proper retraction settings and cooling to minimize stringing. The filament adheres well to PEI or glass build plates with a glue stick, reducing the risk of warping.
Long-Term Stability
Siraya Tech packages Flex TPU 95A in durable, moisture-resistant bags to protect the material during storage. When properly sealed, the filament maintains quality for up to three years. If exposure to humidity occurs, it can be dried at 50–65°C for several hours to restore performance.
Versatile Applications
This filament is ideal for projects where both flexibility and strength are critical. Common use cases include shoe soles, wearable parts, protective gear, flexible enclosures, and components for robotics or medical devices. With its biocompatibility certifications (ISO 10993-5/10/23), it’s also suitable for health-related and skin-contact applications.
