PC-Like Strength for Functional Parts

Blu Lava is formulated to produce rigid parts with strong impact resistance. The material is intended for applications where standard resins can be too brittle, such as brackets, housings, fixtures and other load-bearing components.

Designed for Threads and Mechanical Fit

A key advantage of Blu Lava is its ability to handle functional features such as tapped screw holes and tight assemblies. Printed parts remain tough enough to support threading and repeated fastening without cracking.

Accuracy and Surface Quality

The Blu Lava platform is engineered for dimensional stability and fine detail. Low shrinkage helps parts keep their intended geometry, while the resin maintains clean edges and smooth surfaces suitable for both prototypes and end-use parts.

Printer Compatibility

The resin is optimized for 405 nm MSLA/LCD printers and works with compatible DLP/SLA machines where exposure settings can be adjusted. Using a verified slicer profile and keeping resin temperature stable will help achieve consistent results.

Post-Processing Notes

Wash and fully cure prints to reach maximum mechanical performance. For applications involving skin contact, follow Siraya Tech’s recommended post-processing and curing procedures. Store resin sealed and away from UV light.
