Tough Engineering Resin for Functional Prints

Blu Tough Resin is formulated to handle real mechanical use. Prints come out hard and rigid, but with enough toughness to resist cracking under stress. This makes the material suitable for functional prototypes, brackets, fixtures, and end-use parts.

Printer Compatibility and Handling

The resin is optimized for 405 nm MSLA/LCD printers and works with compatible DLP/SLA machines where exposure can be controlled. For best results, use a printer profile from your slicer and maintain stable resin temperature during printing.

Post-Processing and Use Notes

Wash prints thoroughly and cure fully to reach maximum strength. For biocompatible use cases, follow Siraya Tech’s recommended post-processing steps. Store resin sealed and away from direct light.
