The Raise3D RMS220 is a state-of-the-art SLS 3D printer engineered for consistent, high-accuracy output. Featuring a 75 W fiber laser with a 1064 nm wavelength and scan speeds up to 30,000 mm/s, it is capable of sintering a wide range of engineering-grade polymers with outstanding precision. Its generous build volume of 220 × 220 × 350 mm allows for the production of both small and medium-sized parts with reliable repeatability.

Optimized Workflow and Material Handling

Designed with productivity in mind, the modular RMS220 system enables external cooling of the build module down to below 100°C in just 30 minutes, minimizing downtime between prints. Integrated RFID material recognition automatically configures powder settings, simplifying setup and reducing human error.

Versatility in Materials and Software Integration

The RMS220 supports a broad range of SLS powders including Raise3D PA12, PA11, TPU90A, and PA12 GB. It is fully compatible with Raise3D’s ideaMaker slicing software and accepts STL, OBJ, 3MF, OLTP, STEP, STP, IGES, and IGS files—providing streamlined model preparation and flexible parameter control.
