Equipped with a 75 W fiber laser operating at a 1064 nm wavelength, the RMS220 achieves scanning speeds up to 30,000 mm/s. This high-power laser system ensures precise sintering of complex geometries, delivering parts with excellent mechanical properties and surface finish.​

Efficient Material Handling and Quick Turnaround

The RMS220 features a modular build unit that cools down to below 100°C in just 30 minutes, allowing for rapid part removal and continuous production cycles. The quick-detach system enables material changes in approximately 45 minutes, significantly reducing downtime and increasing productivity.​

Intelligent Powder Management

An integrated RFID management system automatically identifies and configures the powder in use, streamlining material tracking and ensuring optimal print quality. The hopper has a capacity of 31.5 L, expandable to 40 L with an additional material box, supporting extended print runs without interruption.​

Seamless Workflow Integration

The RMS220 is compatible with Raise3D’s ideaMaker slicing software, supporting various file formats including STL, OBJ, 3MF, OLTP, STEP, STP, IGES, and IGS. This integration facilitates efficient model preparation, optimizing print parameters for consistent results.​
