Independent Modular Extruder

The Raise3D Pro3 + HUK3 is equipped with dual independent modular extruders. Each extruder has a detachable hot end, making it easy to swap, maintain, and reduce clogging. The front cover of the extruder can also be removed to quickly locate and solve common issues such as filament jams. This design ensures reliable performance when working with a wide range of materials.

Smart Bed and Build Plate System

Auto bed leveling improves adhesion and compensates for even the smallest surface variations, resulting in higher print quality. The flexible build plate allows easy removal of finished parts without damage and is compatible with alternative surfaces, including borosilicate glass and metal plates, for specific material needs.

Stable Printing Environment and Air Safety

The Air Flow Manager controls heat dissipation and circulation, maintaining a stable chamber environment. Combined with a silent HEPA filter, the Pro3 + HUK3 filters particles, including nano-particles, keeping the air clean during long print sessions. The closed chamber option further improves results with temperature-sensitive filaments.

Precision, Connectivity, and Ease of Use

A lightweight cable design with digital temperature measurement ensures accurate readings and stable extrusion. The Pro3 + HUK3 includes a 7-inch touchscreen, integrated camera, and multiple connectivity options (USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi), along with 8 GB internal memory. Raise3D’s EVE Smart Assistant helps guide users with maintenance reminders and troubleshooting, while ideaMaker and RaiseCloud provide professional slicing, monitoring, and remote management.

Material Versatility and Hyper-Speed Performance

With a 300 × 300 × 300 mm build volume, 0.01–0.25 mm layer thickness, a heated bed up to 120 °C, and nozzle temperatures up to 300 °C, the Raise3D Pro3 + HUK3 supports a wide range of materials such as PLA, ABS, Nylon, TPU, PETG, carbon- and glass-fiber filaments, and more. Features like Power Loss Recovery, filament run-out detection, Z-axis stability, and one-touch sleep mode add reliability. The HUK3 Hyper-Speed Upgrade accelerates print speeds up to 3–5 times faster while maintaining excellent quality, making the Pro3 + HUK3 a true production-ready system.
