The Raise3D PA12 V1 is characterized by its impressive mechanical profile, offering near-isotropic strength throughout the printed part. According to the technical data (ISO 527-2), it features a tensile strength of 50 MPa and a tensile modulus reaching up to 1952 MPa in the Z-direction, providing the necessary stiffness for structural components. Additionally, an impact strength of 24–26 kJ/m² (unnotched, ISO 179-2) and a surface hardness of 81 Shore D make it highly resilient against mechanical stress and abrasion. The material’s elongation at break (6-9%) offers a controlled degree of flexibility, preventing brittle failure under load.

Optimized SLS Workflow and Efficiency

Designed for a reliable and cost-effective production cycle, PA12 V1 features stable thermal properties that minimize the risk of warping during the SLS process. This allows for the accurate reproduction of complex internal structures and thin-walled geometries. The powder is optimized for high recyclability, enabling efficient material usage by mixing used and fresh powder without compromising part quality. Each 10kg bag includes a dedicated material card to ensure correct settings, traceability, and seamless integration with industrial SLS systems like the Raise3D Forge1.
