IDEX for Higher Productivity

The E3 is equipped with an independent dual-extruder system (IDEX) that supports both multi-color and multi-material printing. It also enables mirror mode and duplication mode, allowing you to print two identical parts simultaneously and double your productivity.

Flexible and Composite Materials Made Easy

With the optional Flex Kit, the E3 can print TPU at speeds up to 200 mm/s, while supporting a wide Shore hardness range (95A–80A). For composites, the CF Kit ensures reliable printing with materials such as PET CF, PET GF, and PPS CF. The reinforced print head also minimizes nozzle wear.

Superior Surface Quality

The E3’s Pro Ironing technology delivers a finish comparable to injection molding, with a surface roughness (Ra) of less than 2 μm. The result is professional-quality parts with minimal post-processing.

Efficient and Reliable Workflow

The printer features dual material storage slots with desiccant, filament run-out sensors, and power-loss recovery to protect long prints. The 9-point auto bed leveling function makes setup simple and also enables substrate printing on flat surfaces.

Wide Material Compatibility

The E3 is compatible with Raise3D’s full range of filaments as well as certified third-party materials through the Open Material Program (OMP). The standard 0.4 mm nozzle is included, with options from 0.2 to 1.0 mm for different applications.

Package Options

The Raise3D E3 is available in two versions. The Basic Package is ideal for high-speed printing with everyday materials such as PLA, ABS, and PETG. The Full Package includes the Flex Kit for flexible materials and the CF Kit for composites, making it the most versatile option for professional use.
