Stable printing with a technical surface finish

Prusament PP Glass Fiber prints with a distinctive matte texture and maintains good dimensional accuracy even on larger models. While polypropylene can traditionally be challenging due to adhesion and warping, the reinforced formulation helps improve overall print stability when used with the correct setup.

Printing considerations

Due to the abrasive nature of glass fibers, a hardened steel nozzle is strongly recommended. Proper bed preparation is essential, and dedicated PP print surfaces provide the most reliable adhesion. This filament is best suited for users looking to produce durable, lightweight, and temperature-resistant parts rather than decorative models.
