Enhanced Adhesion for Polyamide-Based Filaments

The specially designed surface of the PA Nylon Powder-coated Print Sheet provides excellent adhesion for polyamide-based filaments, including Prusament PA11 Carbon Fiber Black. This eliminates the need for glue sticks or other adhesives, streamlining the printing process. The surface is optimized to ensure strong adhesion without compromising the quality of the printed object.

Durability and Maintenance

The powder-coated surface is hard to damage, making it suitable for extensive use. However, it’s important to note that the sheet is not scratch-resistant. To maintain optimal performance, clean the print sheet with water and a drop of dishwashing detergent when cold. Avoid using isopropyl alcohol (IPA), acetone, or other alcohol-based solvents, as these can damage the surface and reduce its effectiveness.

Compatibility and Usage Tips

​This print sheet is compatible with the Original Prusa XL heatbed. It is not compatible with MINI, MINI+, SL1, or CW1 printers. When switching from a smooth PEI sheet, it’s recommended to adjust the Live Adjust Z setting to accommodate the different surface texture. Additionally, for nylon prints with a small contact area, using a brim may help prevent warping.
