Core Heating Technology (CHT)

CHT nozzles include an internal structure that splits the filament into three thinner paths. This increases the contact surface with the heated area, allowing the filament to melt faster and more efficiently. The result is improved extrusion consistency and the ability to print at higher speeds, even with demanding materials.

Made entirely of high-quality brass, this nozzle offers excellent thermal conductivity and is capable of printing with standard materials like PLA, PETG, and TPU. Thanks to its all-metal path, it can also handle more advanced filaments that require elevated printing temperatures.

Compatible Models

The Prusa Brass CHT nozzle is compatible only with printers using the Nextruder system: MK4, MK3.9, and XL. It is not compatible with older models like the MK3S+ or MINI. For those models, a different nozzle or an adapter is required.
