Balanced Surface for Versatile Printing

The satin powder-coated finish provides a middle ground between smooth and heavily textured sheets, delivering reliable adhesion without making print removal difficult. It performs exceptionally well with widely used materials such as PLA and PETG, while still supporting more advanced filaments. The micro-texture also gives printed parts a clean, refined look on the bottom surface.

Durable and Flexible Construction

Built on a high-quality spring steel base, the sheet is both sturdy and easy to handle. Its flexibility allows prints to be released with a simple bend of the plate, avoiding excessive force. The powder coating is fused directly to the metal, making it resistant to everyday wear and nozzle contact. The fine satin texture also helps mask small scratches and marks over time, keeping the sheet looking clean and well-maintained.

Smooth Printing and Easy Release

For most materials, no additional adhesives are needed. Prints stick securely during the build process and typically release on their own once the sheet cools. For larger PLA prints or parts with small contact surfaces, adding a brim can increase stability. When printing more demanding filaments such as PC blends, occasional use of a glue stick can help protect the surface and maintain consistent results.

Maintenance and Compatibility

To preserve the quality of the coating, the sheet should be cleaned only with isopropyl alcohol (IPA). Strong solvents such as acetone should be avoided to prevent damage to the surface. Switching from another sheet type may require recalibrating your first-layer setting for best results.
The sheet is fully validated for use with both the Prusa Core One and Core One+, ensuring consistent and reliable performance on either machine.
