PrimaSelect Luvocom 3F PAHT CF 9891

Luvocom® 3F PAHT CF 9891 Filament is a high temperature carbon fiber (15%) reinforced polyamide (PA). This grade is PA6 based and is easy to print with low warping and improved layer bonding is optimised for industrial applications. Typical industries where it is commonly used are in robotics, drones, automotive, aerospace and also widely in the field of functional prototypes and end parts. This particular engineering polymer grade is tailored made for the 3D printing industry to match the injection molding strength requirements and focusing on the serial production of end-parts, the filament can be used on conventional FFF / FDM 3D printing systems without an heated chamber.

Printer recommendations

• Printer nozzle temperature: 260 – 290°C
• Heated bed temperature: 60 – 80°C
• Print Speed: 40 – 60 mm/s
• Bed Adhesion: Magigoo PA on glass or a PEI Sheet
• Pre drying recommendations: 100°C, 4 – 6 hours or 80°C, 12 hours
• We advise to use a adapted nozzle (>0.5mm) for carbon filled filaments

To get the best results while printing we advise you to keep the 3D printer in a room where there is hardly any draft and/or temperature fluctuations. When the 3D printer is not being used it is important to keep filament in a bag and stored in a cool, dry and dark place until it is used again.
