Polymaker™ HT-PLA-GF delivers outstanding thermal performance, with a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of up to 114.7°C (0.45MPa) and 84°C (1.8MPa) when annealed. This makes it highly suitable for components that must endure high heat and mechanical stress, far exceeding the limitations of standard PLA.
Reinforced with Glass Fiber
By incorporating glass fibers, this filament offers enhanced rigidity, higher impact resistance, and minimal warping. The material achieves Young’s Modulus up to 4200 MPa, providing excellent stiffness and consistent mechanical behavior in both X-Y and Z printing directions.
Dimensional Precision and Stability
Thanks to its low shrinkage values—only 0.05% in X-Y and Z directions—Polymaker™ HT-PLA-GF ensures accurate and reliable results for precision parts. This dimensional stability makes it an excellent choice for printing jigs, fixtures, and functional prototypes.
Seamless Printing Experience
The filament is designed to work seamlessly with standard PLA settings, requiring a nozzle temperature of 210–230°Cand bed temperature of 25–60°C. It’s compatible with most 3D printers and performs best with a hardened nozzle due to its abrasive nature.
