The Phaetus EndCoat Nozzle is engineered for longevity and consistent performance. Its hardened steel construction, combined with the proprietary EndCoat coating, provides a hardness rating of HV3300, offering up to 2.5 times the lifespan of conventional hardened steel nozzles. This makes it particularly suitable for printing with abrasive materials, ensuring reliable operation over extended periods.

Optimized for High-Speed Printing

Designed to meet the demands of high-speed printing, this nozzle features an enlarged melt zone that supports flow rates of up to 30 cubic mm per second for the 0.4 mm variant and 40 cubic mm per second for the 0.6 mm variant. This allows for printing speeds of up to 600 mm per second, enabling efficient production without compromising on print quality.

Versatile Material Compatibility

The EndCoat Nozzle is compatible with a wide range of filaments, including standard materials like PLA, ABS, PETG, and TPU, as well as composite materials such as carbon fiber (CF), glass fiber (GF), and wood-filled filaments.
