The DXCs helical gear system allows multiple gear teeth to engage the filament simultaneously. This progressive grip dramatically reduces filament deformation and wear compared to traditional straight-cut designs-improving overall print surface quality and minimizing jams.

Dual-Gear Synchronization for Clean Prints

With a synchronized dual-drive structure, the DXC extruder doubles the contact area with the filament. This enhanced grip eliminates filament slippage and ensures constant, uninterrupted feeding, leading to cleaner layer lines and more detailed surfaces.

Adaptive Pressure for Multi-Material Performance

Thanks to its adaptive pressure rocking arm, the extruder self-adjusts to accommodate filament of various hardness levels, such as TPU or standard PLA. This makes it ideal for multi-material workflows, reducing manual tuning while maintaining extrusion consistency.

Robust Cooling and Long-Term Durability

The open airflow design boosts internal cooling, mitigating risks of thermal creep and clogging. Combined with RNC-coated HV3300 gears rated for 3x the service life, the DXC excels in both demanding environments and long-hour print jobs.

Plug-and-Play Integration

Installation is fast and straightforward-no firmware rooting is required for use with Crealitys K1 series. If using the optional onboard Omron filament sensor, simply apply the included firmware update to unlock enhanced filament break detection and automatic recovery.
