The Conch Hotend™ Plus features a silicon carbide nozzle, offering exceptional durability with a service life up to seven times longer than hardened steel nozzles. Its compatibility includes standard materials like PLA and ABS as well as more challenging composites like carbon fiber (CF), glass fiber (GF), and wood-based filaments.  

Engineered for Reliability  

Equipped with a heatbreak coated in EndCoat™ and a copper-coated heating block, this hotend ensures efficient heat transfer and reliable extrusion. The rigid kinematic coupling system is designed to minimize damage from accidental impacts, helping to keep maintenance to a minimum.  

Note: This hotend does not include a heating cartridge or thermistor and is fully integrated, meaning the nozzle cannot be replaced individually.
