The Conch M6 hotend combines a titanium alloy heat break with a copper-coated heat block, ensuring both strength and excellent thermal conductivity. The EndCoat nozzle is highly wear-resistant (HV3300 rating), offering 2.5 x the lifespan of hardened steel nozzles, even when printing 10kg+ of abrasive materials like PA-CF.

Capable of printing up to 320 degrees Celsius, the Conch M6 supports common and high-performance filaments including:PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PA, PA-CF, PC, ASA, carbon fiber, glass fiber, wood, steel, boron carbide, tungsten, and more.
Fast Maintenance with Modular Design
Thanks to its removable nozzle system, nozzle changes can be completed in under 30 seconds, reducing maintenance time while allowing for quick upgrades to nozzles with different hardness or flow specs.
Rigid Kinematic Coupling for Stability
Phaetus third-generation rigid kinematic coupling system minimizes structural distortion under stress. This patented system securely connects the heat block and heat break while maintaining excellent alignment and pressure resistance during high-speed printing.
