The Conch Hotend M4 features Phaetus patented EndCoat technology, applying a high-hardness (HV3300) coating to both the heat break and the nozzle. This protects the internal flow path from abrasion-especially critical when printing with fiber-reinforced materials such as PA-CF.

The EndCoat nozzle offers a service life 2.5 times longer than standard hardened steel nozzles, showing significantly less wear even after extended printing.

Engineered for Advanced Filaments

This hotend supports a broad range of materials including PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, carbon fiber, glass fiber, steel, wood, boron carbide, tungsten, and phosphor pigment. With a maximum supported printing temperature of 320 degrees Celsius, it is ready for both basic and engineering-grade thermoplastics.

Fast and Simple Maintenance

Equipped with a removable nozzle, the Conch Hotend M4 allows for quick nozzle replacement in just 30 seconds-ideal when switching materials or conducting routine maintenance. Its modular design reduces service costs and allows easy customization. It is recommended to perform heat tightening before use to avoid material leakage.
