The MD-400D offers a substantial 400 × 400 × 400 mm build volume, suitable for large prototypes and functional parts. Its rigid all-metal frame ensures stability, while the fully enclosed chamber maintains consistent temperatures, reducing warping and improving print quality.

Advanced IDEX Technology

Equipped with Independent Dual Extruders (IDEX), the MD-400D enables simultaneous dual-material or dual-color printing. This system also supports duplication and mirror modes, enhancing productivity and design flexibility.

High-Temperature Capabilities

The printer’s hotends can reach temperatures up to 350 °C, allowing the use of engineering-grade materials like PET-CF, Nylon-CF, and ABS-GF. The heated bed reaches up to 110 °C, ensuring strong adhesion and reducing the risk of print failures.

Intelligent Automation

Features like automatic bed leveling, input shaping, and a self-check system streamline the printing process. The printer also includes filament run-out detection and power loss recovery, minimizing downtime and material waste.

User-Friendly Interface

The 7-inch IPS touchscreen provides an intuitive interface for monitoring and controlling print jobs. With Wi-Fi connectivity and an integrated camera, users can remotely manage and observe the printing process in real-time.
