The FlowTech Hotend leverages a sealed heater core and nozzle/thermal break unit to eliminate filament leaks and thermal instability. By integrating the nozzle and titanium thermal break into a single precision-machined assembly, it ensures a leak-proof, robust hotend that holds up under demanding conditions.

Exceptional flow performance

With its specially paired Bondtech CHT high-flow 0.4 mm nozzle, the FlowTech Hotend can achieve volumetric flow rates of up to 50 mm³/s – enabling rapid printing without sacrificing layer quality or adhesion. The CHT design splits the melt zone into multiple chambers for more uniform material deposition and fewer weak points.

Simplified installation and maintenance

Built for ease, this hotend is made for the Elegoo Centauri Carbon setup and installs as a plug-and-play upgrade—no firmware changes needed. It supports cold nozzle changes without preheating or hot tightening, making maintenance faster and safer.

Built to last

Every unit is entirely all-metal and manufactured and quality-controlled in the USA by Micro-Swiss. Thermal cycling and rigorous QC ensure durability across a wide range of modern filaments and printing conditions. Rated up to 300 °C, the FlowTech Hotend is ready for advanced printing setups.
