At the core of this hotend is a DiamondBack nozzle, featuring a real polycrystalline diamond tip. FlowTech Architecture with Bi-Metal Thermal Control

The hotend incorporates a bi-metal heat break, combining a copper outer shell and stainless steel core. This sharp thermal transition prevents heat creep and promotes reliable filament flow. Combined with the FlowTech internal geometry, it enables smooth extrusion with minimal clogs or pressure fluctuations.

Plug-and-Print Compatibility

This hotend is a direct replacement for the stock unit in Bambu Lab X1 and X1C printers. It requires no firmware modifications, electrical rewiring, or slicer adjustments. All AMS features and printer functionality remain fully supported.
