This heater block is built from Copper Chromium Zirconium, a specialized alloy that maintains mechanical strength at much higher temperatures than conventional copper. With a maximum operating range of 500 °C, it is ideal for advanced filaments that require extreme heat, including engineering-grade and abrasive materials.

Broad Sensor Compatibility

The design supports multiple sensor types, including standard 100K thermistors, cartridge-style thermistors, PT100/1000 sensors, and thermocouples. This flexibility makes it suitable for a wide variety of hot end setups and precise temperature control requirements.

Dimensions and Threading

The block features standard M6x1.0 threading with compact dimensions of 21 × 20 × 10 mm, ensuring a direct fit with many industry-standard hot ends.
