Magigoo Pro Metal tackles first-layer challenges posed by metal-filled filaments. It provides a robust but removable bond tailored to BASF Ultrafuse 316L, helping prevent warping and ensuring reliable layer adhesion during high-temperature printing.

Simple Application & Release

Apply by pressing the pen nib onto a clean, cold build plate and spread evenly. After printing, immerse the build plate in water (or soak the part) for 30 minutes to 2 hours—the print will pop off easily with a gentle twist. This avoids damaging fragile green parts or build plates.

Safe & Fully Approved

Formulated to be non-hazardous and non-flammable, Pro Metal is also safe for post-processing stages and compatible with metal sintering workflows. However, using it on other filaments may cause over-adhesion—follow specific guidelines for best results.

How to Use: Quick Guide

1. Shake the pen thoroughly.

2. Press nib onto the build plate and apply a thin, even layer.

3. Heat bed to 95–105 °C and print per filament specs.

4. After printing, cool, then submerge the plate in water.

5. Once the part detaches, clean any residue with a damp cloth.
