Liqcreate Dental Model Pro Grey is a matte, opaque grey photopolymer resin designed for dental professionals demanding ultra-precise models for restorative, orthodontic, thermoforming, and diagnostic applications. Its matte finish accentuates depth and undercuts, while the tinted surface is especially suitable for scan impressions. This resin delivers exceptional dimensional stability and ultra-low shrinkage—~0.3% during printing and ~0.4% after UV curing—ensuring consistently accurate results.

Broad Printer Compatibility

Optimized for open SLA, MSLA, LCD, DLP, and laser-based printers operating in the 385–420 nm range. It integrates seamlessly into diverse lab setups and is supported with validated profiles for Raise3D DF2 platforms, helping achieve precise scaling and offsets—critical for fine dental detail. Improper parameter settings can lead to deviations up to 0.2 mm.

Strong Mechanical Profile & Thermal Resistance

Offers a tensile strength of 49 MPa, flexural strength of 89 MPa, and Shore D hardness of 85—ensuring rigidity and durability during handling. It resists high temperatures up to 250 °C without cracking; slight discoloration may occur around 160 °C.
