The Conch Hotend™ Plus is built with wear-resistant materials to ensure long-term durability. Its silicone carbide nozzle, with a Mohs hardness of 9.8, lasts up to seven times longer than traditional hardened steel nozzles, making it ideal for printing abrasive materials like carbon fiber and glass fiber.  

Efficient Performance  

With a copper-coated heating block and EndCoat™-coated heatbreak, this hotend provides efficient heat transfer and stable extrusion. The rigid kinematic coupling system minimizes potential damage from impacts, reducing maintenance needs and extending the life of your equipment.  

Note: The Conch Hotend™ Plus is a fully integrated hotend, meaning the nozzle cannot be replaced individually. However, it comes fully equipped with a heating cartridge and thermistor for a ready-to-use setup.
