Ultracur3D® ST 45 from BASF Forward AM is a reactive urethane photopolymer specifically designed for LCD and DLP 3D printing systems. With its optimized formulation, it delivers outstanding toughness and mechanical stability, making it ideal for engineering prototypes and functional components.

Excellent Printability

The resin works seamlessly with common working wavelengths of 385 nm and 405 nm, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of printers. It enables smooth extrusion, reduced warping, and consistent layer adhesion, resulting in dimensionally accurate parts with excellent surface finish.

Optimized Processing and Post-Curing

Ultracur3D® ST 45 is easy to handle and process. Before printing, it should be shaken well and poured carefully into the vat to achieve a bubble-free surface. Post-curing under UV light ensures the best mechanical performance, and multiple curing setups are supported.
