Industrial-Grade Electrical Insulation

With a dielectric strength of 6.05 kV/mm, PPS‑GF20 reliably insulates against high voltages, making it suitable for insulators, ADAS modules, and electronic housings.

Mechanical Strength & Dimensional Stability

Reinforced with 20 % glass fiber, this filament offers exceptional rigidity—flexural modulus around 4000 MPa and strength exceeding 100 MPa. It also maintains minimal shrinkage and precise dimensions in critical parts.

Chemical Resistance

PPS‑GF20 resists a wide range of chemicals including acids, alkalis, fuels, oils, and solvents, making it ideal for industrial and laboratory settings.

Flame Retardancy Certified

Achieves UL94 V‑0 classification at 1.5 mm thickness, ensuring safe deployment in interior electronics and control enclosures.

Professional Printing Performance

Designed for use with hardened steel or other abrasion-resistant nozzles, PPS‑GF20 prints at up to 250 mm/s. A high-temperature hotend (300–350 °C), heated bed (80–140 °C), and optionally an enclosed chamber (above 70 °C) are recommended for optimal results.
