The Neptune 4 Pro comes with pre-installed Klipper firmware, powered by an ARM 64-bit 1.5GHz quad-core processor for fast command execution. This allows the printer to print at speeds of up to 500mm/s, helping you complete projects efficiently. With features like input shaping to reduce vibrations and pressure advance for consistent extrusion, your prints will be faster and free of common artifacts like blobbing and ringing.

Potent Extrusion & Upgraded Hotend

The dual-gear direct drive extruder on the Neptune 4 Pro ensures smooth and reliable filament extrusion, with a 5.2:1 reduction ratio that prevents filament slipping, particularly with flexible filaments. The upgraded copper-titanium bi-metal throat pipe improves heat dissipation, reducing the risk of nozzle clogs. With a high-temp nozzle capable of reaching 300°C, this printer supports a wide range of filaments, including PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, and high-temp materials like nylon (3D printer enclosure recommended for ABS/ASA).

Unparalleled Heat Dissipation Performance

To ensure stable and high-quality prints, the Neptune 4 Pro is equipped with multiple cooling fans. Two thickened 4015 ball-bearing fans on each side of the print head, along with four additional 4020 ball-bearing auxiliary fans behind the print head, provide rapid and consistent cooling. This advanced cooling system allows for better performance during high-speed prints, particularly with overhangs and bridges.

Stable & Quiet Printing

Designed for silent and precise printing, the Neptune 4 Pro uses silent drivers for all axes, keeping noise levels below 50 dB. The wear-resistant POM V-guide wheels ensure smooth, quiet, and accurate movement during prints. Additionally, the Z-axis features a dual lead screw and dual motor design, improving synchronization and enhancing the stability and accuracy of the print head.

Intelligent Segmented Heatbed for Precision

The Neptune 4 Pro is equipped with an intelligent segmented heatbed featuring a 100W + 150W power output. The slicer software automatically activates peripheral heating zones when the model size exceeds the center heating area (120mm x 120mm). You can also manually control the two heatbed sections for more precise temperature management. The PEI magnetic surface is marked for easy guidance, ensuring accurate adhesion and hassle-free print removal.
