E3D RapidChange Revo™ Spring Triple Pack

Purpose & Compatibility

These retention springs clip onto your Revo HeaterCore on one side and connect to any Revo-compatible cold side on the other—such as Revo Micro, Revo Six, or Revo Hemera—ensuring secure attachment and excellent thermal conductivity. They’re not compatible with the older V6-style heatsinks, but fully supported across the Revo family.

Maintains Thermal Performance

By holding the HeaterCore firmly in place and pressing it into the nozzle, the springs preserve the necessary thermal interface required for efficient heating. This ensures consistent extrusion and reduces the risk of hotend performance degradation.

Ease of Use & Reliability

Designed for quick and tool-free installation, a spring can be clipped on or replaced in seconds—ideal for routine maintenance or emergency swaps. The triple pack offers redundancy, so you’re always prepared if one springs breaks or wears out.
