Reliable First Layer Adhesion

PEI is widely used as a build surface thanks to its reliable adhesion properties. It helps printed parts stick firmly during the print while still allowing them to release once the plate cools down. This makes it suitable for a wide range of common filaments such as PLA, PETG, and similar materials.

Flexible Spring Steel for Easy Removal

The PEI coating is applied to a flexible spring steel sheet. Once printing is finished, you can simply remove the plate and gently flex it to release the printed part without tools. This reduces the risk of damaging prints and speeds up the post-print process.
