Optimized Surface for Reliable Adhesion

The textured PEI coating provides strong grip during printing, helping to reduce warping and improving overall first-layer consistency. Its micro-texture also leaves a clean, uniform pattern on the underside of prints, adding a refined visual finish. This surface is particularly effective with materials like PETG, where strong adhesion is essential.

Durable, Flexible Construction

The sheet is made from high-quality spring steel, allowing it to flex easily so prints can be released without force. The powder-coated finish is bonded directly to the metal, making the surface resistant to nozzle contact and everyday wear. The textured pattern naturally disguises small scratches or marks, keeping the plate looking clean over time.

Smooth Printing and Easy Release

For many standard materials, no additional adhesives are required. Once the print cools, parts typically detach with minimal effort, reducing post-processing time. For very large PLA models or prints with small contact areas, adding a brim may still help increase stability.

Maintenance and Compatibility

To maintain the coating, clean only with isopropyl alcohol (IPA). Avoid acetone or aggressive cleaners that can damage the texture. As a consumable item, surface wear over time is expected and not covered by warranty unless a manufacturing defect is present.
The sheet is validated to work seamlessly with both Prusa Core One and Prusa Core One+, ensuring the same reliable performance on either machine.
